Discord server merge

Patreon subscribers should be automatically added to the new discord server(Demimond/Ardenholm). If you've unsubscribed you will not be added, if you wish to be then please re-pledge to get access. The Demi server will stay online though unlikely to be used much, if at all. This is being done for community(split=bad)/maintenance reasons and should make things better overall.
