Paused the billing for october

I've paused the billing for my patrons for october, so I can catch up with raffles and sketches I owe you all without lagging behind again. Everything should proceed as usual with discord, except you should not get charged on october 1st. I'll resume the billing in november\december, depending on when I catch up.
