Yes, these are wojaks. One day I fell asleep and I let youtube auto-play and I ended up in a wojak youtube channel that were kinda like little stories with morals at the end, it was kinda like a slice of life anime thing. One of the characters there is a twink wojak who seemingly was in a love triangle with the girl you see here.
