Hey Everyone!
So, first of all, welcome to all the new members. I'm not sure what I did in the last update that people liked so much, but the support has been AMAZING. So thankyou. Have to admit I'm now slightly terrified of letting you all down, but I'm sure it will be FINEEEEE. We got this far :D
Second thing I wanted to address is the expectations people have of content going forwards. I've had more than one person who has joined, and messaged or left a comment about release speed, or content amount. So I wanted to clear up how fast this game is ACTUALLY releasing, because it's kinda confusing due to what happened.
SO, while this game DID initially release 4 months ago, it was not this game. It was not me making it, I was just the programmer. After everyone else left the project I decided to take it on myself and start over. That was 6 weeks ago.
What you see here, in the game, right now, is 6 weeks worth of releases, not 4 months. That's including the 'Is this NTR' rewrite which I started 4 weeks ago.... So maybe look at the current game as around 5 weeks worth of releases?
Now that expectations for release speed has been set, the question!!
I initially wrote 'Distant connections' to be the content antithesis to 'Is this NTR' so that I could have 1 very slow burn story while the other gave actual nsfw content much faster. I knew releasing a game with no ACTUAL NSFW content was just never going to work.... So, Distant connections would give fast content, Is this NTR would be the 'flagship' story that got way more attention.
However, what I didn't expect, is that barely anyone would care about 'Distant Connections' 😑 90% of new people seem to be here for Is this NTR and Is this NTR alone. This puts me in a difficult position with pacing. I want to keep it going as a slow burn, REAL story. The next update was going to explore Sophie's backstory with the first out of phone scene (Excluding the lottery win), and another small escalation in 'content'. But I know that some people will be upset that we aren't getting to sex already 🤣.
Now, obviously I'm NOT going to speed the story up 10x to get to all the content as fast as possible, but I do want to know if people feel that the current pacing of the story is too slow, or would you be willing to wait another month to see them naked 😂
Either way we will get there, obviously, and I can't promise that I'll just do whatever this vote says to do, there is a story I really want to write here and I want to write it well. But it's also important to me that I'm not leaving people who are giving me money feeling like they paid for something and are just not getting the content they expected.
