Lustline Utopia v0.2.0 is Public — New Locations, More Visuals, Body Mods, Special Gear & Better Early Guidance
Hey everyone,
Lustline Utopia v0.2.0 is now available as the new public build.
This is the biggest public update so far. It adds new locations, more visual presentation across the game, body modification previews, special gear, more wardrobe support, clearer money and pressure systems, more mystery content, and better early-game guidance for new players.
The main goal for this update is simple:
Lustline City should be easier to explore, easier to understand, and more connected to the character you are building.
Better early-game guidance
One of the most important improvements in this build is guidance.
The early game now does a better job of showing players what they can do next instead of leaving them to click around blindly.
Location screens can now show the current objective beside gameplay hints, so the next step is easier to find during normal play. The Journal also includes grouped hints covering things like equipment, training, meters, jobs, NPC menus, time use, mind states, and finding leads.
There are also first-run highlights for important early controls and actions. The game can point players toward things like:
Inventory
Kitchen travel
Eat Breakfast
Eva Conversations
Workplace leads
Manage Bills
Buying a phone
This should make the first hour smoother, especially for players who bounced off the game because they were not sure where to go, what to click, or what mattered next.
More visual presentation
v0.2.0 also makes the game feel more visual.
Location header images have better display options, so rooms and districts can have more presence on screen. Players can choose between Default crop, Compact crop, and Full height for location graphics, depending on whether they want a denser text layout or larger location images.
There are also more visual previews in the systems that need them most.
CyberClinic body modification previews let you see body-frame and breast changes before paying.
Beauty Atelier uses full-body and portrait previews for hair, hair color, and makeup.
Nail Studio includes a close-up hand preview so polish and nail changes are easier to see before checkout.
Face Surgery previews show the target face on your current body before you confirm the change.
This update pushes more of the city, body, wardrobe, and customization work onto the screen instead of leaving it hidden in menus.
New districts and places to visit
Lustline City is much bigger in this build.
The Gutter, Residential Quarter, Sterling Row, and Volthex Station add new places to visit, shop, recover, investigate, gamble, eat, and take risks.
The Gutter is a rougher district with Ebis Pawnshop, Patchwork Clinic, Backroom Arcade, and The Flophouse. It adds quick fixes, risky money options, gambling, stolen-goods fencing, and low-end survival choices.
Residential Quarter adds the Corner Shop, Ramen Place, cheap snacks, block-walking, and residential burglary.
Sterling Row adds the Police Station and Volthex Tower, giving the mystery route more places to go.
Volthex Station expands Lowburn Yard and ties more directly into the investigation.
Neon Mall also has more to do now, including CostMart, the Bookshop, Beauty Atelier, and improved shop browsing.
Body mods and live body state
v0.2.0 makes body state a real part of the game.
Your current body can now be tracked separately from your starting route identity. That means the story can still understand your original route, while the live avatar tracks your current body frame, chest size, anatomy, clothing fit, intimate equipment, and body-based bonuses.
CyberClinic now offers body modification previews before payment. You can preview masculine, feminine-male, and feminine body frames, plus breast changes, before confirming.
Body shape can also affect visible stats. Masculine frames add Confidence. Feminine and feminine-male frames add Beauty and Charisma. Big breasts add a larger Beauty and Charisma bonus on top.
There is also a Body & History tab in the Stats overlay, tracking current body state, body modification history, sexual history, special gear states, and key ownership when relevant.
Beauty Atelier and customization
Beauty Atelier is now open at Neon Mall.
You can change salon hair, hair color, makeup, and nails with proper preview and checkout flows. Hair and makeup use full-body and portrait previews, while nails use a close-up hand preview.
This makes customization easier to understand before spending Gold.
The goal is simple: when you change your look, the game should show you what is changing.
Special gear is now proper equipment
Juicyfruit is now open in The Lust End.
The shop sells plugs, chastity gear, and a strap-on. These now use proper inventory equipment rules instead of behaving like one-off scene items.
Special gear has dedicated slots, fit warnings, key ownership, protected removal rules, and item details.
Chastity is body-matched. Penis-equipped bodies use cages, vagina-equipped bodies use belts, and both support key ownership.
Special gear also has dedicated removal rules. Normal clothing shortcuts like Unequip All, saved item sets, drag-to-unequip, and ordinary scene undressing should no longer accidentally strip plugs or chastity.
The main mystery continues
The Night I Can’t Place now moves past the first Lowburn clue.
After the anonymous message, you can follow the lead behind Ichiban Warehouse, scout the meeting spot, back out, or stumble through the approach and still reach the next step.
The investigation now reaches into more of the city, including Sterling Row, Volthex Station, Club Euphoria, Patchwork Clinic, and the Gutter.
This is not the full mystery route yet, but it gives the main story a much clearer next step after the first public build.
Money, pressure, and recovery are clearer
The early money loop has been adjusted.
Rent is still reachable through ordinary work, but grinding now leaves more fatigue and stress behind. Warehouse work, Femmecat shifts, Sera client work, and gambling have clearer tradeoffs.
Mind States are also easier to understand. New games begin from a readable baseline, and pressure states like Desperate for Money, Numb, and Burned Out explain what they block and how recovery works.
Paid actions and locked options also explain requirements more clearly now. If an action needs money, stats, an item, or a condition, the game should do a better job telling you what is missing.
Interface and quality-of-life improvements
This update includes a lot of cleanup across normal play.
Locked choices, paid actions, destinations, NPC services, shop purchases, phone contacts, salon options, and clinic purchases now use clearer player-facing requirement text.
Money gates now say what you need.
The Mechanics Journal has been updated to better match the live game systems.
Shop browsing is cleaner.
Saved item sets are safer.
Special gear is protected from normal outfit shortcuts.
Long action labels wrap better.
Technical labels should appear less often in normal play.
Overall, v0.2.0 should be easier to read, easier to navigate, and clearer about what the game expects from you.

For returning players
A fresh save is recommended for v0.2.0.
Older saves may work in many cases, but this update changes a lot of body, wardrobe, city, money, guidance, and progression systems. Starting fresh is the cleanest way to see the new early-game flow, location guidance, body tracking, wardrobe behavior, and city progression.
Supporter builds
The public build stays free.
Supporters get newer builds four weeks before public release, plus access to work-in-progress builds while updates are still being developed.
Supporter builds also include Cheat Mode, with player-facing controls for wallet, meters, stats, inventory, time, and relationships.
Supporting also gives you access to development posts, WIP previews, polls, feedback channels, and a place to submit ideas while new content is being shaped.
Play the public build for free. Support if you want newer builds early, WIP access, Cheat Mode, and a stronger voice in where Lustline City goes next.

Final note
v0.2.0 is still alpha. There will be bugs, unfinished route ends, rough edges, and balance issues.
But this update is a major step forward. Lustline City has more places to visit, the game gives clearer direction early on, body and wardrobe systems are much stronger, and more of the RPG layer is visible while you play.
Thanks for playing, testing, reporting bugs, and supporting development.
Welcome back to Lustline City.
