Yu Ran hatching in the caverns. Ren's healing his mental trauma just from all that cuteness.
Another scene I had fun imagining was Zi Shui (The 'Challenger' super fan and member of the Trial Seekers) escaping from the 7th trial and the disorienting mists that kept leading him toward the bees.
