Places of Worship
Cultist's Ziggurat
The Moonglade is home to many ancient wonders, most of which have been lost to time. This crumbling Ziggurat may have stood for thousands of years before its current inhabitants laid claim to it. Perhaps the group were always zealous fanatics, perhaps the fey-touched presence within the temple influenced their minds.
Either way they have dedicated themselves to an un-seeable, un-knowable being that resides beneath, or perhaps within the whirlpool. Its hunger is endless, and its followers relentless in their drive to bring it souls to devour.
Places of Worship
Temple of Night
The Temple of Night is nestled between a series of mountain peaks in the Epicouatl Mountains. It is not marked on any map, and no path leads to it. Those who find it are either invited by one of its shadowy members, or called there by a dark power.
Its followers have a close connection to the night, and in particular the phases of the moon. They have little connection with wider civilisation, except for when they are called upon in ritual ceremonies to carry out an assassination. Many know of their order as a myth, but very few are aware of the exact rites required to summon them. Fewer still would be willing to pay the price.

Realm of the Tarnished - Land of the Lakes 01 Complete Bundle
This set is based on the world of Elden Ring, specifically Liurnua. I have made sure that even if you are not familiar with Elden Ring, these maps can be a great addition to your game, and for those of you who are hopefully it contains some fun Easter Eggs. I am planning to continue this series for a little while, so let me know which part of the Lands Between you think I should go to next!

Hilltop Ritual Temple Exterior Scene
The Farravettre Temple gazes over the fjords and jagged cliffs toward the open sea. Vessels passing through waterways often anchor nearby and send a small boat ashore to make offerings before continuing their voyage. A ritual sacrifice, typically a goat or other small land animal, is believed to placate the sea spirits, ensuring safe passage.
Local villagers come to make sacrifice in hopes of richer catches for their fishing boats, and pilgrims sometimes travel days or weeks to make an offering for the sea to return a lost loved one. Though whether the gods truly hear these rites is unknown, the ceremonies provide a steady supply of fresh carcasses and, more importantly, souls for whatever dwells in the sea cave beneath the temple.

Hidden beneath a roadside paddock, a small order of occult academics spent years preparing to summon a fallen celestial—an angel banished to the Ethereal Plane and yearning to be freed. Two weeks ago, however, before their preparations could be completed, the order was interrupted when a roving bandit gang stumbled onto their hidden shrine and butchered their membership.
Can the party finish the rite and claim what the entity offers, or will they determine that some stones are better left unturned? This adventure takes place in Cartosia, but can easily be adapted to feature in any campaign setting featuring a hidden shrine beneath a roadside paddock.

A terrified fugitive has fled into the Temple of Saint Leopoldine seeking protection from a devil who holds a contract claiming their soul. The fiend cannot seize its prize by force while the temple’s wards hold, but infernal law grants it the right to argue its claim before the saint’s arbiter at sunset. In the hours before twilight, lesser devils are sure to begin probing the temple’s wards, hoping to trespass its walls to destroy any documentation that might see the contract voided.
Can the party defend the archives and argue for the fugitive before their soul is lost? This adventure takes place in the city of Dorran in the Cartosia campaign setting, but the names of people and places can be changed to place this adventure in any urban environment across a variety of campaign settings.

Blood moon for 5e & PF2E
An ominous, floating red orb resembling the surface of a pocked moon sits atop the crescent shaped crossbar of this bladeless weapon. The metal of this peculiar armament is a highly reflective silver that is always freezing cold to the touch. When drawn, a crescent-shaped blade of sparking red energy emerges from the floating blood moon, only to disappear again when the blade is stowed.

Lunassa for 5e & PF2E
While Lunassa's origins are the outer astral planes, they bring with them a kind of sick sadism more often seen in the demonic realm.
They seek to influence and corrupt the material plane bringing it closer to collapse and demise, hastening destruction in any way it can. Lunassa has quickly gained influence amongst those that stalk the night and seek to indulge their more violent obsessions.
