✒️ Customizing Text ✒️
Using Bambu Studio:
Step 1: Locate and Add TextRotate or drag your view all the way to the bottom of the model (or the face where you want the text).
Click on the model to select it, then open the Text Shape (T) tool from the top toolbar.
Type your text and adjust the size, position, and angle to your liking.
Step 2: Configure Text SettingsSet the Thickness to 0.60mm (highly recommended for a clean finish).
Under the Operation dropdown, select Modifier.
Note: Using "Modifier" allows you to change the filament color of the text without cutting into or extruding past the model awkwardly.
Step 3: Exit the Text ToolOnce you are satisfied with the placement, click the Text Shape (T) tool icon again or click anywhere on the blank workspace to exit the text editing mode.
Step 4: Assign Filament ColorGo to the Process Panel on the left side of your screen.
Switch the view from Global to Object view.
Look for the item named text_shape—this is the text object you just created.
Right-click the text_shape object and choose your desired filament color.
