So ahhh… ever since going on a holiday in September, I’ve been growing. You know how people tend to let loose on a holiday, and not care about watching what they eat, just consuming and enjoying themselves? Yeah.. it never ended, and has just ramped up from there BIG TIME!
Before is 139kgs/306lbs, or near to (I started my holiday at this weight)
After is today at 167kgs/367lbs.
That’s a 28kgs/61lbs gain in just 2 months. Practically 0.5kg/1lb a day 😵💫🥴
