So the resolution of the story came rather quickly and it's a bit stupid
On day 1 I messaged katsu, the owner of the character, about it, and about 9 hours later when she woke up and responded.. I learned that she is the one who uploaded it to e6...She had a severe brain fart and didn't see my mention that it's a patreon post when I sent her the image in dm's, so she just casually... uploaded it... to fucking e6....She didn't have any malicious intents, so I forgive her, but now I gotta make sure the e621 moderators don't ban her account while taking down the postAt least that explains why it was tagged so thoroughly....
