[Mod] Sim Profile Information Re-Ordering + Optional Info Addition

This is a UI mod. IT WILL LIKELY BREAK OFTEN. (Yeah I know, why did I do that to myself).

I don't like that the Sim profile buries the relationship and sentiment information under preferences and careers.

You have FOUR options, PICK ONE.

Option A and B do not add anything, just changes the order of info.

Option C and D follow B order and do ADD a new section: "Relationship - From Other Sim" (to see rel status from the other sim's perspective).

Option D also adds more status description visibility.

If you use UI Cheats, one of two things might happen:

UI Cheats will continue to work everywhere EXCEPT in the Sim Profile, which will show re-ordered by this mod.

UI Cheats will continue to work including in the Sim Profile, but prevent this mod from re-ordering it.

This is because both these mods override the same UI file.

I had the first result (sim profile ordering according to this mod, but the sim profile options of UI Cheats consequently not working).
