DESCRIPTION
Richard Lee Barnes and Jon Whitehead drew the attention of deputies after they were found riding ATVs deep on private property. The pair were carrying a generator and several tools commonly associated with theft investigations, immediately raising suspicions. When officers began asking questions, neither man could provide a convincing explanation for why they were there or where the equipment had come from, turning a simple trespassing call into a much more suspicious encounter.
