[CM] Max HP + DEF IVs

Here is the completed project for CoryDingus of their OCs Lucina and Nambi! Nambi is in there, trust me, just uh....completely engulfed in probably two or more tons of extra squishy Luca~

I didn't plan for this to be a soft shading project at first, but I felt it helped tremendously to sell the size and shape of Lucina. It was a fun bit of practice too and makes me eager to try more!
