Hello everyone and thank you so much for your pledges this month!
Things are storming ahead with Intro to Music, the first non-language Thinking Method course, with well over 4 hours of course time now online! This course leaves the door wide open for further collaborations for Thinking Method courses in new, surprising subjects!
Things are also moving ahead beautifully with the ‘mystery language course writer’ I mentioned in May, which I won’t announce properly until we have the first tracks ready to release! I can tell you though that he is proving a pleasure to work with, and I’m very excited about showing that this IS all replicable with new teachers! For those of you who have been following for a while, you’ll know that I’m yet to find a new teacher to follow through with all of this, hence the excitement and the nerves about announcing a new language too early! But sit tight, it's looking damn hopeful! :)
This month the iOS app should finally get a small update as there is now a new person working on it (the original developer disappeared quite some time ago). After this initial ‘update test’ we should be able to move ahead quickly with some new features and get it on par with the Andriod app. Thanks for your patience if you have been experiencing bugs with the app!
And finally, if you are due an Interlinear book or a sharer pack (check your pledge tier), remember to shoot me a message to claim! Pretty much the only way people find out about Language Transfer is through learners sharing the project with one another, so please continue spreading the word wherever you can. Your own experience and excitement really is the best motor for making this project grow! Having a few cards on hand, a branded LT bag or pen or whatever, can really help you become an effortless disseminator of this often life changing learning experience!
