❤️‍🩹 Captain's Status 🧠

Last month, I thought I had reached rock bottom by the time I wrote May's update-- How wrong I was.

The beginning of June was terrible, possibly the worst time of my life. But to keep it short and straightforward: I sought help, and though I had a few misfires at first, I think I got the help I needed.

I am now in treatment, and my sanity is quickly improving. I am also doing my best to live one day at a time and to practice as much gratitude as I can. As such, I am truly grateful for the incredible support and beautiful human beings who are here with me and have been part of this journey.

You are one of the biggest reasons why I keep fighting, and a great reason for me to want to keep improving.
