And that’s another one done!
After 3 years since Volume 1, I’ve finally completed Volume 2, which I would have never finished if I hadn’t been posting it bit by bit.
The truth is, this project didn’t work the way I hoped, neither in 2023 nor in 2026. Some stories connect, others don't. It happens.
The bi-weekly Patreon post formula just doesn’t work (at least in my case) for this type of stories. This time it was even worse than last year when I was posting STAREC Z #1 (which, however, did recover as a digital comic).
I don’t think I’ll use this method again for other long-form stories, except for future CLAIRE VOYANT strips (Claire always works, just like Tessa).
That said, I still learned something from the experience, and I want to thank everyone who followed the project.
Will there be a Volume 3? Probably. More for the sake of completeness than actual demand. In any case, it would be a two-part miniseries, like the Claire prequels.
