Health Stuff
So, I finally recovered from my fever last Friday. I visited 2 doctors, the first one said I was diabetic and the second one did a different test on me and said I wasn't. Either way, I took the medication and I feel much better now. I'll try to be more physically active this year to avoid any pesky health complications.
PC Upgrade Stuff
As for my new PC build, I bought the remaining parts I needed for cheap, cuz the graphics card alone cost a lot of money, and even reused some of my old parts. But something went terribly wrong and the PC wouldn't startup. After panicking and attempting all kinds of fixes, I decided to just go to the mall and buy a whole brand new set of parts, instead of ordering sussy cheap stuff online.
After spending about 4 hours building the thing, I'm pleased to say that, it works! 🥳
It's my first time getting an AMD processor, and I'm NEVER going back to Intel!
We are gonna be cooking with this rig hehe.
I did a clean installation of Windows, so I still need to install all my development software, which I'm currently doing. There's a lot of em, so that'll take a while.
This would have been an absolute baller day for me, except, while I was carrying all the parts to the house, I ruptured my plantar fascia (a tendon under the foot) on my right leg 💀
The good news is, It technically won't be an issue while I'm working on the game cuz I'll be sitting down, but anything that requires walking for the next few weeks is gonna be a huge pain, sigh...
Conclusion
Well, that's all the news for now. Hopefully next time, there are no negative ones lol.
