We are taking one last pass at our big boss-baddie Rayll!
This time I was given license to follow my heart with her design, and this is where we landed. I went a little less classic sci-fi, and more cyberpunk.

and can you believe there are still two more commissions of this phase? yee-haw phase 9 is hanging on by it's fingernails.
