Greetings! I hope you had an excellent August. I've certainly appreciated the time to recharge during my birthday month! Meanwhile, our team has been enjoying making some new art for you – here's a short summary:
Connor Johnston's pet project has been the Desert Racetrack. Whether you run this as a chariot-racing event or as simple combat, I'm sure it will be a blast to navigate!
Next we have our first ever commission from Cem Iroz! The Dragonskull Cave is a wonderfully atmospheric map featuring just what it says on the box: a beautiful cave and impressive dragon skull.
That's not all, Kelly-Louise Roake is also here with her first commission! She has rendered this luxurious Royal Bathhouse – perfect for social and combat encounters alike, or perhaps as a place to spend all that downtime.
Finally Fairbanks and Davy have a whole 132 new tokens to share! This month's batch has a colorful selection of insectoid faeries, some charming tortles, leshies, and other critters great and small.
You've probably heard by now that I'd been seeking map artists, and I am excited to introduce two more this month: Cem and Kelly! We've had a lot of fun collaborating on these maps, and they've given me some much-needed time to keep my life together.
We have a few more commissions coming in September from some other esteemed members of our community. I'm really excited to show off what we've been working on together, and excited to draw more myself, of course!
