Hey all; just an update on where things are at right now. I thought December was going to be a month where I got back into my routine but obviously it didn't happen.Unfortunately, my anxiety got increasingly worse, to the point that one night I was experiencing pain and a burning sensation in my chest and higher-than-usual blood pressure and was advised to go to the emergency room of the local hospital.I was in the emergency room overnight, for about 14 hours total - and let me tell you, sitting in a hospital all night (with no sleep!) waiting to find out if I was in serious medical trouble did nothing for my anxiety. In the end, they said "we think you're fine" and discharged me.Fast forward several weeks and I finally had a conversation with my regular doctor within the last few days, where I was told that the doctor at the hospital believes my symptoms were due to anxiety and adrenaline because of the situation. We've also made some adjustments to medication I take to try and (hopefully) help with the anxiety.All of this is to say, it's been a rough month and I haven't been able to work on content the way I planned. I'm keeping my Patreon on pause, so you still won't be charged anything, and I do still plan to catch up and post content for everyone. It's just been a slower process than I anticipated.I hope you're all doing well, and you've enjoyed the holidays if you celebrate and that you're all looking after yourselves.
