Answering more questions about the game:Will you delete the game forever? Is this the final update?
I didn't mean it that way. The game will remain available to everyone who has been supporting me, but I will remove the download link for new Patrons, as they will be paying for a new set of rewards.
Think about it this way: imagine a new person just joins, subscribes for one month, and takes all the content that other users have been paying for over months or even years. I feel like it would be unfair to my loyal supporters to allow that.
So, I’m going to set some limitations on the game for new users. This means that future game updates will be released once I recover, perhaps every two months or so, since the game has finally reached a version that includes a "True Ending."
Extra note:
I have to be honest with you all friends: I’ve been dealing with burnout, and this decision is my way of just having some fun with my art for a while. I hope you can understand. I’ve loved working on a project like the game, but I feel like it’s a never ending task, and it’s becoming overwhelming. That’s why I had to condense episodes 9 and 10 quite a bit, and even then, they are still long episodes, oof!
I am really happy with what we managed to achieve with it, but for now, I need to take a break for a month or two before continuing with that. I want to clear my mind by working on something like this comic, which I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. I hope it catches your attention; it’s something completely different / less serious and more irreverent and it features a different art style, too.
