Staring a character I've been wanting to do a short for some time now.

Everything and SP tier DL on Dc ready.
Middle tier will get it tomorrow,
and subscription tier sunday.
------------------Doing it this way because I had questions via DM about it from a few people, to keep it fair about perks for the higher tiers, and since its SP they automatically get it for SP tier.
