Villain Tamer: Chapter 3

Okay, this is a long one. First chapter was 7k, then 8k, and now we're at 13.5k. I might split it up into two chapters later when I publish these, but for now, enjoy an extra long chapter! This one goes a lot heavier into the worldbuilding, and I had a blast writing it.
