Been using these guys in everything!! Really easy way to add some quick life to a shot.

Note: As mentioned in the video, you'll have to link the material to the image sequence on your end, since Blender doesn't let you pack videos/sequences- it should be easy!
ALSO: You may have to make sure the color space is set to sRGB.
First:
IMAGE SEQUENCE (1 gig)
And:
BLEND FILE (different versions because blender changed how it handles transparency)
Blender 3.0
Blender 4.0
