DESCRIPTION
A few days ago, a controversy arose on Twitter regarding the use of 3D models as a support tool in illustration. Some people even called them cheating, mistakenly comparing them to using AI.
They are two completely different things, starting with the fact that AI uses images without the artists' consent, while the 3D models used by programs like Clip Studio, for example, are not only authorized by their creators, but are often even sold by them.
Furthermore, a 3D character model is a base; it's far from being a finished illustration. It's almost a layer below the sketch.
A small challenge was posted on Twitter, and I chose Jordan to illustrate it.
