The Vanthampur Villa stands like a somber monument to power. Beyond the tall stone walls, the façade is built from gray stone, contrasting sharply with the bright marble homes of other nobles. A heavy, iron-bound gate marks the entrance, perpetually guarded by stern-faced soldiers.
The Vanthampur name is well-known in Baldur’s Gate—though not for elegance, but for the iron grip with which they control the city's politics. Their name is whispered in taverns, often followed by a quick glance over the shoulder or a hasty change of topic. The house itself exudes no warmth or hospitality, only a silent, foreboding power. Decisions made here don’t just affect wealth—they shape the fate of lives and the future of Baldur's Gate itself.
