Dear supporters and fans of Lara,
first of all apologies for the long silence on our part, rest assured we are still committed to our game and are still working on the next update.
First of all as posted the last time the living circumstances of our artist have changed quite a bit and such things take a bit of time before everything settles into a normal schedule. Basically Des went from “having all the time” to “having a job, commitments and more responsibilities”, we are sure many of you can relate to this. That said he settled back into a regular schedule and steadily works on the game again, albeit at a different pace. For example, he currently gets up at 5 am to have extra time to work on the game before he has to leave for his day job.
So where are we now:
all the lines of dialogue for the next update have been assembled and loaded into the game
we are in the progress of assembling all images and animations into the new build
This update is a larger chunk of content than the last, as we re-worked the first visit to the library as well (worth checking out as it has new art and also balances the possible actions better, one feedback that we consistently got for this early part of the game.)
A second trip to the library is included, new characters and options to interact with them as well
The update will cover a full day including the night (compared to earlier updates that usually only covered half that much).
Currently we are targeting a release in the first half of July (we also want to test the release a bit after assembly before making it available) - after that we’ll fix anything that comes up and then work on new content again.

Thank you for sticking with us the whole time, it is much appreciated and we will continue to push our game forward with the same quality as expected - so even if our situation changed a bit we will not sacrifice quality for speed. Also we will return to provide you with more frequent updates so that you are aware of what is going on (again sorry for the long pause in updates, that one is on us).
