Transformation Tuesday: Joining the Sisterhood Part 2 [Futa/FMG/BE]

This story might be familiar to some as it started as a Before & After and last weeks Part 1, but it's clearly to big a tale to leave there!

College can be a scary time, it can be hard to figure out where you fit in, so why not expand and make room for yourself? The sisterhood was an exclusive club that threw the best parties, but they were also mysterious. Joining their ranks meant serving at the beck and call of the sisters, tending to their every need. Unfortunately for the sister, Cynthia was very attentive with her service, quickly rising in the ranks until she outclassed all the sisters combined. Who would be able to service her now instead?
