Here's another Nick set from the vault- a throwback to one of my earlier photo shoots with a boy I dated in 2018. This was my first bedroom shoot, an incredibly intimate location for portraits. Soft lamplight illuminating tentative smiles, and smooth skin against plaid bedsheets.
In these photos I can sense my cautious energy as I struggled to come to terms with my first foray into the dating world. Meeting and learning to love new people is sometimes easier behind a camera. At least for introverted artists like me. 😊
