As you may know, we held a poll last month to decide on our next theme. Your voice was heard: Magic at the Museum was the clear winner.
Earlier this month, we asked for your ideas to help shape one of the maps, and you delivered. Seriously, thank you. One idea in particular stood out to us the most… an idea of armors that come alive during the night. This idea came from Guacforone, it quickly became the foundation for something special.
So here it is—Hall of Knights, where forgotten valor finds new purpose when the doors are closed.
Rows of armor stand encased behind glass, preserved like relics of a past long gone. Elven plate, towering giant-forged suits, worn steel from wars that no longer have a name… all displayed without their wielders, without their stories. At the far end of the hall stands a stone effigy of a wyvern rider, an unsung hero immortalized in silence, watching over what remains of countless battles. But when night falls, the hall does not stay still. Glass stands empty. Metal stirs. The armors rise and take to the floor, clashing and dueling as if the wars never ended, leaving behind a daily mess for the janitors to clean. And though it is said the magic belongs only to the suits, some cleaners could swear the giant wyvern-riding knight statue shifted ever so slightly after each tumultuous night.
