We wanted to share a quick update about where things stand for us.
With the rise of AI, Patreon's forced change to per month, and more than ever map-makers added to the mix, we’ve seen more people cutting back or hesitating to jump in. Which we completely understand. Honestly, things have also become increasingly difficult on our end.
Creating battle maps has been our dream job for the past 7 years, and we’re incredibly grateful that your support has allowed us to keep doing this for so long!
We aren't going away just yet, but we wanted to be transparent at where we stand and how we look at the Patreon going forward. For now, we'll keep making maps!
For free members, returning supporters, or anyone who wants to support the project but needs something smaller, we’ve added a new €1 tier: PAPER SQUIRE ($1.15 USD-ish).
This tier was made as a simple way to stay connected. You’ll receive the original variation of each monthly battlemap in high quality while helping us keep creating future maps.
If you have any thoughts, suggestions, or feedback on what we could improve, we’d genuinely love to hear them as well.
