V3 UPDATE- This mod uses Reshade and Anvil Tool to improve it's textures and lighting using Zanteon Github Reshade shader to bring good RTX and other effects.
Note this time it includes tex for river velly, atlantic and NY.
Dear Ubisoft, this is just a small anvil tool modding, it does not copy any game file contents, instead just small replacement using already available anvil tool much like skin mods on Nexus Mod. If this goes against rule, please contact me and I will take it down.
