LISTEN - Go back through all the files you've listened to up to today during Locktober, and listen again to the one that you think best sums up your feelings about submission, service, and abstinence.
FOCUS - As you begin to listen, hold in your mind your idea of what submission, service, and abstinence means to you.
TASK - After listening, stroke yourself on your most sensitive area, skin to skin, for at least ten minutes, thinking about submission, service, and abstinence as you do so. Remember, no orgasms!
WORD - Choose a word that represents how you feel about submission, service, and abstinence.
REPORT - When you're done, share the file you chose, the number of minutes you stroked yourself, and your word in #locktober-chat.
Always remember that participating in Locktober should enhance your life, not derail it. You have to serve yourself before you can serve someone else! So make good choices about how you fulfill the tasks that I set for you!
