Tier 4 Change

Hi, just a quick change to the top tier that I thought I'd try.Starting now, when I create new polls to vote in, Tier 4 will now be able to cast two votes each.They'll be able to cast in the main poll, and then another poll specifically only for Tier 4. You'll be able to vote either for the same choice twice or split it however you wish.Just seemed like a good idea! I'll just need to remember to always make a second poll from now on!
