KATSCANDY NOTE:
I felt very unsure of the purpose for this outfit design, it wasn't until I was colouring the illustration (specifically the transparent forearm & lower leg poufs), when I realised the drastic difference the colour change and the inclusion of the lower leg poufs made. ^_^' So this piece was somewhat of a (in the words of Bob Ross) 'Happy Accident'.
