Bit of a strange one versus my usual loops. This one's not an accessory piece to any major release because - I didn't have an applicable one this time! So here's a commissioned loop for somebody who wanted help locking in during cardio, along with some trancey reinforcement. There are suggestions to obey here (nothing invasive or embarrassing; instructions to smile on command) to reinforce said reinforcement.
There are two versions; one with music, one without. The music is very generic to fit a repetitive cardio rhythm, but the less busy version may be a bit more universally appropriate.
