Hello everyone. The person who commissioned this Starlight Billy mod kindly allowed it to be shared, so I'm posting it here.
Compared to the Billy mod I previously made, this version features a more muscular physique, a swimsuit, and a larger penis. Every part of the body has been scaled up overall to give him a more bodybuilder-like appearance. I think the swimsuit turned out quite nicely as well.

The toggle buttons are the same as in the original Starlight Billy mod:
Up Arrow = Top
Down Arrow = Bottom
Left Arrow = Scarf
Right Arrow = Butt Handprints
] Button = Shoulder Accessory
' button = Feet
