Hello everyone! This time I've brought you the Starlight Billy Summer Mod. It's my second brand-new summer mod of this year.
Since it looks like the next update will include a summer event, I've been gradually working on several summer-themed mods, and Starlight Billy is the first one I've finished.
The original upper body didn't really give off the muscular look I wanted, so I replaced it with a more mechanical upper body that has a stronger, more defined physique. I think it suits him much better.
Making a good summer skin isn't as simple as just putting a swimsuit on a character, so I spent a lot of time experimenting with different ideas. I think everything came together really well. One of my favorite details is the subtle blue accent added to his hair—it fits the overall design nicely.
I also created a brand-new swimsuit and gave it plenty of dynamic jiggle physics, and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
I tried my best to prevent the swim ring and surfboard from clipping through his arms and accessories, but that proved to be much more difficult than expected.
For the accessory on his right arm, I couldn't decide what to add at first. Then I remembered a plush toy I failed to win from a claw machine a few days ago, so I recreated it and added it instead. It's pretty cute.
I considered adding several other accessories as well, but I realized I'd keep making more and more if I didn't stop, so I only added one extra item—a Tenga.

Up Arrow = Upper body accessories
Down Arrow = Swimsuit / Genitals
Right Arrow = Handprint on butt
Left Arrow = Right-hand accessory
] = Necklace / Sunglasses
[ = Swim ring / Surfboard
