Distilling Isopropyl alcohol without heating using an aquarium air pump and a mini fridge

Could I have made something that would run under vacuum to distill the alcohol while it boils at room temperature? Well actually if you think about it that's exactly what this is just without the vacuum that has the potential to leak in air. Also it could keep some food cold without really affecting performance.
