Here's all of the pages of Khans training for Azalea in order! I finished up the final page this week. All that's left is to render it out in color!
Cackle Conquest Episode 1 is complete, however, my friend Athena's (the musician I'm working with) MIDI instrument broke during the production of the final song for the animation. I paid her in advance to assist with the purchase of a new one. In the mean time I did some more polish on a few of the scenes and some more sound mixing, even the promo is ready. I'm anticipating the paywalled release to be either Thursday or Friday depending on how music production goes.In addition I did some planning of part 2 and episode 2 of the series. The first order of business is the production line. It was one thing to juggle voice actors, but adding music to the mix has really thrown a delay into this animations release. I was going literally insane waiting on voice actors and music for this project, it was seriously affecting my ability to work and sleep. To fix that I'm starting a new approach to the production of my animations. Step 1: Create the entire animation from start to finish in rough sketches like you see in this clip of part 2.Step 2: Write the scriptStep 3: Hire my voice actors and import the voice linesStep 4: Hire my musicianStep 5: Render the clipsStep 6: Sound effects and post production.This way the first AND final piece of the puzzle is me, and everyone can work at their own pace while I do the insane task of animating all of this stuff.Part 2 of episode 1 should last no longer than 5 minutes, as I don't want the first episode to exceed 20 minutes. Part 2 is going to start immediately with Azalea and Nicole facing off! Nicole makes short work of Azi and puts her in the cuck chair while she proceeds to fuck her little play thing. I've got a cool little action sequence planned as practice for more complex fight scenes that will occur in episode 2 when the group takes on their first monster. Which I've decided will be a Minotaur, as sketched below. The fight scenes will be loaded with fan service of course~I really hope that this first episode pays off. My hope is that maybe I can use additional funds to pay for someone to help me with coloring. OH! I also made a world map! It'll also be featured in the animation to show exactly where the group is in the world.
