Hey guys, Merry Christmas! First, sorry for the silence, and thank you so much for your patience, to anyone who has stuck around. ^^ Thought this would be a good time to let you all know what I've been up to~
So... I've been working on a series for Youtube: the wholesome multi-season story of Joey's parents meeting in their early teens, becoming friends and eventually getting together.❤️
It'd be a massive project of course, I'm mostly focusing on writing for the pilot right now, but even that is looking to be 25+ min so far. I can't fully animate THAT much, so it will just be rough/storyboard style (but fully voiced, sound etc). Been at this nonstop for the past couple of months, tbh it's the most motivated I've been in years, and despite all the work it's been quite fun!
I hadn't mentioned it before because I know most people prefer lewds, and Doe is my most popular girl, so showing up to announce a big SFW project about Jill's teen years, I was worried it wouldn't get much support and I'd be discouraged to keep working on it. ^^'' (Heck the fact Jill is associated with so much nsfw almost makes me want to make the main character a different roo girl and start from scratch...)
The reason I bring it up now, is 'cause it's taking longer than I expected, and I can't just vanish until it's done, I needed to tell you guys what's going on, and let you know I'll probably try to find a balance between the usual lewd arts and working on this project.
I'm also not sure whether to keep everything about the series secret until the pilot's ready or start sharing stuff like art of some of the characters and such. What do you think?
