I've kept away from working on content the last few weeks, I've been struggling with the stress and motivation, and needed to step away for a bit. But I'm trying to crawl back into it, working on the suggestion box winner as a low-stress palette cleanser. It's been sitting there for several months overdue. To remind those who may have forgot, the premise is "a method actress plays the role of a slutty bimbo and gets too into character." I'm thinking for it, I will share more behind-the-scenes bits both for offering extra insight into the process for you guys and also for giving an outlet for my mental fog.
I'm still trying to get myself back from this low period, and there's still things that I'm trying to process and come to terms with. I've been making an effort to sleep earlier and for longer to relax my mental health. Music has also been helping; the likes of Jeff Buckley and Hozier soothe me, but I'm also getting a great deal of comfort and catharsis from Lorien Testard's soundtrack for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Even reading the English translation of the lyrics for "Une Vie à T'aimer" yesterday had me in an emotional state.
