Hey everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates about the future of this channel and my creative journey. After a lot of thought and reflection, I’ve decided to step away from doing TV show and anime reaction videos. This wasn’t an easy decision, but I feel it’s the right one as I shift my focus toward something I need to take more seriously—my writing.
I’m thrilled to share that I have a potential book deal in the works! While I can’t reveal what type of book it’s going to be just yet, I think it might surprise you if everything works out. Outside of my online life, writing has been something I have done professionally since college, and this new opportunity given to me is one I need to take seriously.
Over time, my feelings about doing reaction videos have changed. Very early on, I realized that being a solo reactor could be isolating, and over time it started to take a toll on my social life. I found myself turning down plans with friends or skipping shows my friends asked if I wanted to watch with them because I needed to record. Truthfully, it made me feel lonely.
Moving forward, however, I’m excited to switch gears and focus on creating more casual videos about shows, movies, and manga I’m obsessed with and currently watching/reading. With that being said, I’ll be diving into reviews, analyses, and fun discussions—things I hope we’ll all enjoy together!
Though I’m stepping back from reactions, I want to shine a spotlight on a friend of mine in the anime reaction space: Swanii! He’s an incredible reactor who is just starting his journey, and I think you’ll love his content. He’s not only a great reactor but also an all-around great and genuine guy, so I highly recommend checking him out and supporting him.
I may post a video soon to go more in-depth about this decision, but for now, I just want to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support. You’ve been amazing, and I hope to see you as I take on this new chapter. I’m excited to see where this journey takes us and to share my future projects with you.
