Can you believe I started this piece well over a YEAR AGO? Back in February 2025! I honestly could’ve sworn it had only been about 6 months. Whoops 🥲
I kinda hit a wall with this piece months ago now, when I accidentally merged all of my layers together way before I was ready to, and it killed my motivation to work on it dead in the water. BUT as my warm up today I wanted to come back to it and just get it done, otherwise it would just gather dust in my files. I know what I’m like.
I’m not the happiest with the results, Theres a lot more I wanted to do with this initially but I just wasn’t able to execute it how I wanted given the new limitations, and I also didn’t particularly want to sink anymore time into this one either. It feels dated to me, and I can see how my art has evolved just by looking at this. So I thought it was best to just give it a bit of a tidy up and get it posted so I can officially call it done!
