DESCRIPTION
I try to go to an uninstructed figure drawing class weekly, and anyone who does this knows that some weeks you’re just not hitting it. Everything‘s coming out weird, maybe you’re distracted by something else, so what could be helpful is turning it into a completely different kind of study. I was having one of those weeks and at the last second in the last round of poses. I just decided to do a bunch of random composition studies. Trying to make everything around me moody and interesting. It was the most fun I had in a figure drawing class in a really long time and I might keep doing stuff like this because it pertains to my interests in storyboarding and storytelling more than my old obsession with perfecting anatomy.
