I find out that it's better paint with the layer texture is turn on just for better experience. After everything done turn it off and save
but this one I accidentally apply the layer texture in SAI when I realize that it's already too late to undo. I tried my best to fix it you still can see it is little noisy in some area... I just hope this never happen again `_`||
