I'd like to take a moment and wish everyone a happy Pride. Personally, I've always felt ambivalent about the holiday, its propensity towards corporatism, and the social pressure to party. Lately though I've been reflecting on how privileged I am to even have the option to celebrate my identity, especially as the global political landscape continues to shift dramatically.
I'm grateful I get to celebrate ,lust after fat guys, and share my musings and fantasies with a network of likeminded people. I hope everyone out there, big and small, gainer or encourager, and everything in between, celebrates themselves however they see fit. Though I do hope it involves a fair amount of gluttony.
Let those bellies and bulges and booties hang out for the world to enjoy-- I'll definitely be looking out for them! Eat up!
