F1 2009 Mod v0.43 | Final patch before v0.5

This update will hopefully be the final one before the next big update in v0.5. It includes some small fixed/adjustments and improves the overall drive-ability of the cars.

Changes;

• Adjusted Gear Ratios of all teams
• Reduced weight of all teams
• Increased rear grip 
• Reduced power gain from rich mix
• Adjusted weight distribution for MyTeam cars
• Adjusted weight distribution for McLaren, Ferrari, Toyota and Williams
