I mentioned a long time ago that there's always subliminal and hidden memories in our brains they make us gravitate and make the choices for our characters and stories. I think this is another one of those moments.If you don't understand what this is, this is an Enzo crossover piece from the 90's computer animated show Reboot, which ran from 1994 on ABC and ended in 2001 on Cartoon Network (Toonami). It was the first computer animated show in history, and even beat Toy Story in 1995 which was the first computer animated feature film.
I'm fairly certain that I arrived to naming Enzo in Cashmere Sky because of this show exclusively. This show was a huge part of my childhood and had amazing storytelling that didn't insult the intelligence of its viewers. There were lots of gags, parodies, and even a James Bond intro called "Firewall" in Season 3. There's a PHENOMENAL 8 episode documentary series about the creation of Reboot called Reboot Rewind, made in 2024. It's also a restoration project to bring all the original episodes and restore them digitally.
