Hi everyone, I'm sorry that a different issue keeps popping up with Android, but this time, since it seems to be a server-side problem, we need to figure out if there have been any outages, geoblocks or similar issues. For those of you receiving password errors or unable to connect, could you let me know which state you live in? That way, I can open a support ticket and see if there's something wrong in those specific areas.
Also make sure you've installed the latest APK if you don't have an “Update” button in the main menu.
Testing with a VPN can also be useful for confirming whether a block is actually in place.
